Privacy notice.

We collect the name, organization, email, phone, requested service and project details you choose to submit. The enquiry reference, consent version, source page and submission time are also recorded.

We use this information to review your request, contact you, prepare a proposal, prevent duplicate or abusive submissions and maintain necessary business records. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.

Enquiry information is stored in access-controlled infrastructure and is available only to approved administrators. We do not sell personal information.

We retain enquiry records only for legitimate follow-up, contractual, security and legal purposes. Records that are no longer required should be securely deleted under the company retention process.

You may request access, correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern, by emailing business@attud.in. Some records may need to be retained where law or an active contractual matter requires it.
