01

Accuracy needs ownership

Doctor profiles, services, availability, facilities and health information change. Each content type needs an accountable owner, source, review date and correction path so outdated information does not quietly remain public.

02

Separate education from medical advice

Public content can explain conditions, services and when to seek care, but it should not diagnose an individual. Emergency guidance must be prominent where delay could create harm.

03

Collect the minimum information

An enquiry form should not become an uncontrolled medical record. Ask only what is necessary for the stated journey, explain the purpose, restrict staff access and define retention.

  • Use secure transport and server-side authorization
  • Avoid sensitive detail in ordinary email
  • Record consent and important access
  • Provide correction and deletion channels
04

Review claims and testimonials

Treatment outcomes, comparative statements and patient testimonials need evidence, permission and appropriate professional review. Marketing urgency must never override accuracy, dignity or patient privacy.
